SEEIN

About SEEIN

SEEIN began with a simple question: why does matcha have to mean Japan? Korea has been growing and drinking green tea for centuries, in places like the volcanic slopes of Jeju Island, the misty mountain valleys of Hadong, and the terraced hills of Boseong — each with a character all its own. Jeju's mineral-rich volcanic soil and sea fog give a matcha that is deeply green and full of umami. Hadong, Korea's oldest tea region, yields a first-harvest matcha with notes of floral, honey, and chocolate. Boseong, Korea’s largest tea-growing region, draws on mild coastal breezes and mist rolling off its terraced hillsides to produce a matcha that is smooth, bright, and well balanced.

We source from all three because we think origin should taste like something. The name reflects what we hope a cup of it does for you: SEE + IN, an invitation to look inward — to support inner health and outer beauty, and to find a quiet moment in an otherwise loud day.

What sets us apart starts below the leaf. SEEIN is a brand of Nousbo, an agricultural company that has been developing fertilizer and soil technology for growers around the world since 2007. We understand tea the way a farmer does: healthy soil makes a healthy plant, and a healthy plant makes a cup worth drinking. Our tea is shade grown without agrochemicals and is certified USDA Organic. Backed by centuries of Korean traditional tea growing, that same thinking shapes everything downstream — from our ceremonial and culinary grades to our plant-based latte blends and cold-brew infusers, and from sustainable farming practices to packaging designed to leave less behind. Clean, calm, sustained energy. Nothing artificial, nothing hidden.
